On Call Support: With on-call support you can contact us either through e-mail or phone for an immediate response by one of our qualified technicians. At WA Technologies Inc., we pride ourselves in providing high quality support that will assist you in a timely and efficient manner.

Two Types of On Call Support:

  • Advanced Remote Connection Support: Through remote access technology, a support technician will have the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve an issue the end user is experiencing without needing to be physically be at the desk of the affected computer.
  • Onsite Support: WA Technologies Inc. has a staff of support technicians available for a rapid response should you need on-site assistance. In events that technology problems cannot be addressed through a call to our IT Help desk, we will quickly escalate your call and provide a qualified technician to your location so that they can fix the issue you are experiencing immediately.

Monthly Maintenance: Our monthly maintenance program assures that your IT infrastructure will always be running at its best. By providing consistent support throughout the month, we will make certain that your network is always online with regular server maintenance checks, monitoring reports and periodic updates to the system.
